美股财务报表中的 6-K，20-F，SC 13G,10-K,10-Q,8-K 等名称指的是什么？

美国证监会规定上市公司公开披露各种信息时要提交统一格式的文件，又叫Form （一般翻成 “ 表格 ” ）。根据不同的情况要提交不同的表格，比较重要的是S-1 （招股书）或F-1 （注册地不在美国的外国公司招股书）， 10-K （年报）或20-F （注册地不在美国的外国公司年报）、 10-Q （季报）、 8-K （重大事件）或6-K （注册地不在美国的外国公司披露特定财务信息）、 Schedule 13G （持股在5%以上的股东披露持股数量）。

外国公司被豁免披露季报10-Q文件，所以其季报一般用6-K文件披露
